At Emsa Tecnolog\u00eda Qu\u00edmica, we continue to advance in our commitment to sustainability and emissions reduction. After registering in Phase 1 (Calculation) of the Carbon Footprint, Offsetting and CO\u2082 Absorption Projects Registry of the Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge<\/a> (MITECO), we have now reached Phase 2: Reduction<\/em><\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This distinction certifies that Emsa not only calculates its carbon footprint in accordance with MITECO\u2019s official criteria, but also implements effective measures to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions<\/strong>. The calculation includes Scope 1 and 2 emissions only, following MITECO\u2019s official methodology.<\/p>\n

The Carbon Footprint Registry identifies organizations that act responsibly in the fight against climate change and recognizes those, like Emsa, that move towards a more efficient and sustainable management of their processes.<\/p>\n
