Ce r\u00e9sultat permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer de mani\u00e8re directe l\u2019impact r\u00e9el du remplacement d\u2019un coalescent d\u2019origine p\u00e9trochimique par le coalescent biocirculaire VERD CA-18 dans les formulations de peintures.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"1846\" data-end=\"1922\"><span style=\"color: #62b5e5;\"><strong data-start=\"1850\" data-end=\"1922\">Performances \u00e9gales ou sup\u00e9rieures, valid\u00e9es en formulations r\u00e9elles<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"2198\">La r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions n\u2019aurait aucun sens sans une validation technique rigoureuse. C\u2019est pourquoi <strong data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2046\">VERD CA-18<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9 dans des \u00e9mulsions commerciales et des formulations compl\u00e8tes de peinture, couvrant diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes polym\u00e9riques et plages de PVC.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2200\" data-end=\"2519\">Les essais ont port\u00e9 sur des param\u00e8tres cl\u00e9s tels que la temp\u00e9rature minimale de formation de film (MFFT \u2264 5 \u00b0C), la stabilit\u00e9 de la viscosit\u00e9 et du pH, ainsi que la r\u00e9sistance au frottement humide. Les r\u00e9sultats confirment des performances \u00e9gales ou sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles des coalescents conventionnels.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2587\"><span style=\"color: #62b5e5;\"><strong data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2587\">Co\u00fbt r\u00e9duit : l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la formulation<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2978\">Les donn\u00e9es montrent \u00e9galement que, dans de nombreuses formulations, des performances \u00e9quivalentes, voire sup\u00e9rieures, peuvent \u00eatre obtenues avec des dosages plus faibles de <strong>VERD CA-18<\/strong>. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoutent la densit\u00e9 plus faible du produit et, dans certains syst\u00e8mes, une r\u00e9duction de l\u2019utilisation d\u2019\u00e9paississants associatifs pour atteindre des profils de viscosit\u00e9 comparables.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2980\" data-end=\"3116\">Cet ensemble de facteurs a un impact direct sur le co\u00fbt global de formulation, renfor\u00e7ant la viabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique de cette approche.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2980\" data-end=\"3116\">Les r\u00e9sultats confirment qu\u2019il est possible d\u2019\u00e9voluer vers des formulations plus durables sans compromettre les performances techniques ni les co\u00fbts.
