Today at EMSA Tecnología Química, we are living a very special moment that marks a milestone in our history. After more than 30 years leading the company, Jorge Grima, until now CEO, hands over the reins to Patricia Elvira, current Corporate Director, who enthusiastically takes on the role of new CEO of EMSA.
Jorge will remain involved as Chairman of the Board of Directors, accompanying and supporting this new stage with the same dedication with which he has guided the company for three decades.

Patricia has been with EMSA for 18 years, a journey that reflects the very essence of who we are. She began her career in the Technical Department and, thanks to her talent, vision and dedication, has taken on responsibilities across different areas, becoming one of the key figures in our corporate strategy. She has led innovation projects, driven our sustainability strategy, and played a decisive role in strengthening our market position.
Today, she takes the helm with a clear purpose: to make committed chemistry more accessible.
