Why soil is key to a sustainable future for the planet
- It may not seem as obvious as green forests or as vital as fresh water, but seemingly unremarkable soil is a natural resource just as crucial for sustaining life on Earth.

Food production begins with soil. Composed of minerals, water, air, and organic matter, soil provides the primary nutrient cycle for plants and animals.
